👾 What is Fiolet?

Fiolet is a payment processing system based on wallet-to-wallet transfers from the buyer's to the merchant's. This way, we do not transfer funds to third parties and do not use intermediate wallets.

For merchants, we have enabled payments to go directly into your self-custody wallet. This allows you to avoid:

• additional fees
• hidden fees
• withdrawal fees
• withdrawal limits
• minimum amounts
• monthly fees

For buyers, we have made the payment process as convenient as possible. Simply connect your web3 wallet, select your payment method, and click Pay button. This process eliminates the human factor, making errors impossible.

⌛ What are the payment processing times?

Payment processing takes varying amounts of time, depending on the network and its architectural features.

• Ethereum — 2 min.
• Polygon — 13 min.
• Binance Smart Chain — 40 sec.

🛍️ What is the commission?

The commission is a fixed 2% for a successful transaction. The wallet invoice is calculated weekly and paid through Fiolet App. The expected payment term should not exceed four weeks.
